In the last few years, American music has seen a surge in young American talent. Justin Timberlake was the catalyst for this phenomenon that started over a decade ago and has continued to have an important influence. The likes of Ed Sheeran, Zarry Shawn Mendes et al. have seized the limelight in the recent past. Since the beginning of time, new names like Ed Sheeran, Zarry Shawn Mendes and other have been in the spotlight. Andy Biersack is another youngster that has recently become well-known. The young American singer/pianist first made his debut in the world of music when he was the singer for the Black Veil Brides. He was the founding member of the Black Veil Brides, and its sole survivor. Biersack quickly adopted the name Andy Black in order to claim his popularity. His music was similar to the music of groups from the past, such as Kiss and Motley Crue. Andy Biersack gained popularity in America over the following years.
